I lived and worked in Phils for quite a while and was amazed by amount of nice bikes in and around. They like their bling. Despite Manila being an urban metropolis, there's HEAPS of biking but the good stuff is more than 1.5hrs outside the city, and you wouldn't want to consider doing this on weekdays coz of traffic. Just drop into almost any bike shop and they will be able to point you in the right direction for a weekend bash. There's some shops along Pasang Tamo (Chino Roces) in Makati and also a huge cluster of shops in Pasay City. A lot of dodgy mechanics though.

They need to give the pinkbike photographers proper media access, so they aren't taking pictures of fences and other peoples lights....!
